- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni, sliced
- Optional: Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange zucchini slices on a baking sheet.
- Top each slice with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use any toppings you like on your pizza bites.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the pepperoni.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
