Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the pan. Cook until softened.
  4. Layer sliced zucchini in a baking dish. Top with the beef mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs over the top.
