Description

Banana bread is a moist and delicious quick but sometimes but sometimes it doesn’t cook evenly in the middle. This happens due to common baking mistakes.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • >1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. Mix in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  6. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
