A quick and easy tofu stir fry perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Press tofu for 15 minutes, then cube
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl
- Toss tofu in the sauce mixture
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds
- Add tofu and cook until browned
- Add vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes
- Serve hot with rice
Notes
- Use extra firm tofu for best results
- Add chili flakes for spice
- Substitute vegetables as needed
