Description

A quick and easy tofu stir fry perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes, then cube
  2. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl
  3. Toss tofu in the sauce mixture
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat
  5. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds
  6. Add tofu and cook until browned
  7. Add vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes
  8. Serve hot with rice

Notes

  • Use extra firm tofu for best results
  • Add chili flakes for spice
  • Substitute vegetables as needed
