Delicious vegan cake batter donuts that are soft, fluffy, and easy to make.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in sprinkles if using.
- Pour batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon.
