Description
Delicious and healthy strawberry oatmeal bars made with almond flour.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Spread diced strawberries evenly over the crust.
- Crumble remaining oat mixture over the strawberries.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- You can use frozen strawberries if fresh are not available.
- Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
