Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend strawberries, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 3-4 hours until dry but still pliable.
- Let cool, then cut into strips and roll if desired.
