Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add diced red bell pepper, minced jalapeño, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in riced cauliflower, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
- Garnish with cilantro, if desired, and serve hot.
