Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix oats, protein powder, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
