Description

A creamy and spiced pumpkin pie inspired by Milk Bar’s signature style.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ¾ cups pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices.
  3. Beat in eggs, then gradually stir in evaporated milk.
  4. Pour filling into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 40-50 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
