A creamy and spiced pumpkin pie inspired by Milk Bar’s signature style.
Ingredients

- 1 ¾ cups pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices.
- Beat in eggs, then gradually stir in evaporated milk.
- Pour filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 40-50 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin puree for best results.
- Chill the pie before serving for a firmer texture.
