Description

Quick and easy Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta. Ready in under 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, white wine (if using), butter, parsley, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the shrimp sauce.
  8. Toss to coat.
  9. Serve immediately.
