Description

A hearty and nutritious breakfast dish combining leeks, kale, and sage-fried eggs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large leeks, sliced
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add leeks and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
