Description

Hot honey chicken sliders are a perfect mix of spicy and sweet, served on soft rolls for an easy and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss diced chicken in the honey mixture until coated.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Brush slider buns with melted butter and toast in the oven for 3 minutes.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing chicken on buns, then topping with lettuce and pickles.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust hot sauce to taste for more or less spice.
  • Swap chicken for thighs if preferred.
