- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 slider buns
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss diced chicken in the honey mixture until coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked.
- Brush slider buns with melted butter and toast in the oven for 3 minutes.
- Assemble sliders by placing chicken on buns, then topping with lettuce and pickles.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust hot sauce to taste for more or less spice.
- Swap chicken for thighs if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
