Description

Tender beef bites cooked in a flavorful garlic butter sauce using a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Place beef cubes in the slow cooker.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add beef broth.
  7. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until beef is tender.
  8. Serve hot.
