Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place beef cubes in the slow cooker.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add beef broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until beef is tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear the beef cubes in the skillet before adding them to the slow cooker.
- You can add vegetables like carrots and potatoes to the slow cooker for a complete meal.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
