A BLT Caesar Pasta Salad that will be the heart of any meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce to the bowl. Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
- You can use any type of pasta you like.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon.
- Add grilled chicken or shrimp for a heartier salad.
