Description

A BLT Caesar Pasta Salad that will be the heart of any meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon.
