Ingredients

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 medium apple, diced
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine applesauce, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix until just combined.
- Fold in diced apple.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, be careful not to overcrowd.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
