Description

Quick and easy ground turkey and zucchini skillet recipe. A healthy and flavorful meal ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add zucchini, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until zucchini is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese (if using).
  6. Serve immediately.
