- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 medium zucchini, spiralized into noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add zucchini noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until zucchini noodles are tender-crisp.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce and red pepper flakes to your liking.
- You can add other vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, or carrots.
- For a spicier dish, add more red pepper flakes or a dash of chili oil.
