Description

A refreshing and flavorful tzatziki sauce made with fresh cucumber and sour cream.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber, excess liquid squeezed out
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess liquid.
