Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Separate egg whites and yolks.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Blend cottage cheese, egg yolks, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
- Fold egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture gently.
- Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
