Description

Quick and easy tuna pasta salad with a dill pickle twist.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, celery, red onion, dill pickle juice, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Add cooked pasta to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any type of pasta you like.
  • Adjust the amount of mayonnaise and dill pickle relish to your liking.
  • For a spicier salad, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
