Description
Classic deviled eggs with a farmhouse twist. A perfect appetizer for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Paprika, for garnish
- Fresh chives, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs. Cool, peel, and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet pickle relish, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves.
- Garnish with paprika and fresh chives.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a smoother filling, use a food processor.
- Adjust mayonnaise to your desired consistency.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
