- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, sugar, and ginger. Add beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a large pan or wok over high heat. Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli florets, garlic, and beef broth to the pan. Stir-fry until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Serve immediately over cooked rice.
