Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, sugar, and ginger. Add beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large pan or wok over high heat. Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add broccoli florets, garlic, and beef broth to the pan. Stir-fry until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. Serve immediately over cooked rice.
