Description

A classic and creamy Chicken Macaroni Salad perfect for picnics and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, diced chicken, celery, red onion, and sweet pickle relish.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over macaroni mixture and stir until well combined.
