Description

A creamy and spiced chia pudding infused with chai flavors, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 4 chai tea bags
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat almond milk in a saucepan until warm but not boiling. Add chai tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and whisk in maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Pour mixture into a bowl or jar, add chia seeds, and stir well. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and top with extra cinnamon or nuts if desired.

Notes

  • For a stronger chai flavor, steep tea longer or add a pinch of ground cardamom or ginger.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
