Instructions
- Prepare sushi rice according to package directions.
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, imitation crab, avocado, and cucumber.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pour dressing over the rice mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with nori strips and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately with soy sauce.
