Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together Biscoff cookie butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
