- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Spread shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, marinate shrimp for 30 minutes before baking.
