Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices.
