Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices.
- Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy chips, pat zucchini slices dry with paper towels before seasoning.
- Adjust cooking time depending on your air fryer model.
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature.
