- 1 pound fresh okra, washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut okra into 1/2-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, toss okra with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until okra is crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy okra, soak it in ice water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
