- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and chili flakes.
- Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
