Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or ramen)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the pan. Pour the sauce over and toss well.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
