Ingredients

- 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or ramen)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan. Pour the sauce over and toss well.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
